子夜四時歌 春歌 Ballads of Four Seasons: Spring

李白 Li Bai

The lovely Lo Fo of the western land
qín de luó fū nǚ ,
Plucks mulberry leaves by the waterside.
cǎi sāng lǜ shuǐ biān 。
Across the green boughs stretches out her white hand;
sù shǒu qīng tiáo shàng ,
In golden sunshine her rosy robe is dyed.
hóng zhuāng bái rì xiān 。
"my silkworms are hungry, I cannot stay.
cán jī qiè yù qù ,
Tarry not with your five-horse cab, I pray."
wǔ mǎ mò liú lián 。
