杜牧 Du Mu

娉 娉 嫋 嫋 十 三 余 ，
She is slim and supple and not yet fourteen,
pīng pīng niǎo niǎo shí sān yú ，
豆 蔻 梢 头 二 月 初 。
The young spring-tip of a cardamon-spray.
dòu kòu shāo tóu èr yuè chū 。
春 风 十 里 扬 州 路 ，
On the Yangzhou Road for three miles in the breeze
chūn fēng shí lǐ yáng zhōu lù ，
卷 上 珠 帘 总 不 如 。
Every pearl-screen is open. But there's no one like her.
juǎn shàng zhū lián zǒng bù rú 。
