下終南山過斛斯山人宿置酒 Down Zhongnan Mountain to the Kind Pillow and Bowl of Husi

李白 Li Bai

Down the blue mountain in the evening,
mù cóng bì shān xià ,
Moonlight was my homeward escort.
shān yuè suí rén guī ;
Looking back, I saw my path
què gù suǒ lái jìng ,
Lie in levels of deep shadow....
cāng cāng héng cuì wēi 。
I was passing the farm-house of a friend,
xiāng xié jí tián jiā ,
When his children called from a gate of thorn
tóng zhì kāi jīng fēi ;
绿
And led me twining through jade bamboos
lǜ zhú rù yōu jìng ,
Where green vines caught and held my clothes.
qīng luó fú xíng yī 。
And I was glad of a chance to rest
huān yán dé suǒ qì ,
And glad of a chance to drink with my friend....
měi jiǔ liáo gòng huī ;
We sang to the tune of the wind in the pines;
zhǎng gē yín sōng fēng ,
And we finished our songs as the stars went down,
qū jǐn hé xīng xī 。
When, I being drunk and my friend more than happy,
wǒ zuì jūn fù lè ,
Between us we forgot the world.
táo rán gòng wàng jī 。
